We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delivery timelines may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

We accept returns of unopened, manufacturer-sealed products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@potterprint.com. Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

All products sold on this site are brand-new and covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and model — please refer to the documentation included with your product or contact the manufacturer directly.

PotterPrint is an independent retailer and does not provide manufacturer warranty service. We are happy to assist you in contacting the manufacturer or authorized service center.
