Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Effective date: June 2026  ·  Your privacy rights and how to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information collected by PotterPrint.

CROSSFIELD APPLIANCES LLC, operating as PotterPrint, respects your privacy and is committed to giving you meaningful control over your personal information. This page describes your rights regarding the sale or sharing of personal data, particularly under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and explains how to exercise those rights.

1Do we sell personal information?

PotterPrint does not sell your personal information for money. We do not exchange your name, email address, purchase history, or other identifying information for payment.

However, under the broad definitions of the CCPA and CPRA, sharing personal information with advertising partners for the purpose of showing you interest-based ads may be considered "sharing" personal information even without monetary exchange. To the extent that our use of advertising technologies (such as Google Ads or the Meta Pixel) constitutes "sharing" under California law, we provide this page for you to opt out.

2What information may be shared?

For advertising and analytics purposes, limited data may be shared with our advertising and analytics partners, including:

  • Device identifiers and IP address
  • Pages visited and actions taken on our website
  • General location (city or region level, not precise GPS)
  • Browser and device type
  • Referral URLs

3How to opt out

You can limit the sharing of your data with advertising partners using the following methods:

  • Browser cookies — Use your browser settings to block or delete third-party cookies. Most browsers offer built-in privacy controls under Settings > Privacy.
  • Global Privacy Control (GPC) — If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we will honor it as an opt-out of sharing. Browsers like Brave and Firefox support GPC natively.
  • Google Ads opt-out — Visit google.com/settings/ads to control how Google uses your data for ads.
  • Meta (Facebook) opt-out — Visit facebook.com/ads/preferences to manage your ad preferences.
  • Digital Advertising Alliance — Visit optout.aboutads.info to opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies.
  • Contact us directly — Email us at contact@potterprint.com and we will work with you to limit data sharing.

4Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the CCPA and CPRA grant you the following rights:

  • Right to Know — Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
  • Right to Delete — Request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to Correct — Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to Opt Out — Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — Request that we limit our use of sensitive personal information to necessary purposes.

5Rights for other state residents

Residents of Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Texas, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights. We will respond to verifiable requests from all U.S. residents regardless of state.

6How to submit a request

To exercise any of your privacy rights, submit a request by:

  • Email: contact@potterprint.com — include "Privacy Rights Request" in the subject line
  • Mail: 8602 Barkwood Pl, Tampa, FL 33615, USA

7Verification of requests

We will need to verify your identity before fulfilling a data request. Depending on the nature of the request, we may ask you to provide information to match against our records. This helps us protect your information from unauthorized requests.

8Response timeline

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within 45 calendar days. If we require additional time, we will notify you and explain the reason for the delay. We may extend the response period by an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary.

9Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a privacy rights request on your behalf. We may require written proof of authorization and may still verify the identity of the consumer making the request.
